VFX Supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum of 3 years VFX post-production experience
- Experience as a VFX Supervisor
- Solid previous experience as CG or Comp Supervisor
- Creative eye and aesthetic judgement with a deep understanding of composition, cinematic design and animation timing
- On-set supervision experience
- Can keep deadlines
- Team leading experience
- Strong problem solving ability
- Great eye for details and realism
- Can communicate well in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the entire production process and approving the work of the team
working on a job
- Project planning and set supervision
- Communication with client
- Reviewing work and giving technical and creative guidance to artists
- Organising the workflow and ensuring that the whole team meet their deadlines

3D GENERALIST
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Creative, determined, passionate, and self-driven
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling
- Able to show at least one example that shows a strong sense of 3D, light, and color
- Great eye for image composition

VFX EDITOR
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Several years experience editing experience within the advertising industry
- Thorough knowledge of advanced file formats, colour space, time codes and editing software such as Nuke Studio & DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Compositing software, Nuke, After Effects
- Excellent understanding of cinematic language, editing, & storytelling to communicate ideas
- To have a positive attitude towards direction and can continuously improve work
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good organization and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in a professional team environment, high pace and quality of work
- Create version zero of shots, so artists can start working.
- Collate dailies, update sequence edits and maintain past submissions to allow supervision team to compare progress through iterations
- Ensure Database is maintained with current shot counts, handles, lineup and any re-time instructions
- Prepare latest VFX edits for internal and client approvals
- Work in partnership with VFX Supervisor and VFX Production to ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard while maintaining schedules

COMPOSITING ARTIST
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of Compositing experience
- Extensive professional experience in the field of compositing (Nuke)
- Skill with rotoscope, tracking, matchmoving, key and merge tools to create mattes
- Thorough understanding of VFX pipelines
- An excellent eye for detail
- Passion for creating high-quality VFX Pictures
- Ability to manage, lead and act as a mentor for junior artists
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- A proactive and independent workflow
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in a startup environment with high expectations, high pace and quality of work
- Alongside the Compositing Supervisor and VFX Supervisor, evaluate creative and technical approach for assigned shots
- Perform all tasks associated with the Compositing process, including 2D tracking, matte extraction, layering of elements, and colour grading on moderately difficult to very difficult shots
- Maintain the overall look, colour balance, and quality for assigned shots and sequences to create uniformity in all finished work
